Body measurements
A waist measurement is not a fact, it is a fact plus a couple of centimetres of how you held the tape. Measurements are stored per site over time and drawn with the noise band that measurement method actually has.
The noise band is the product
Showing a 1cm change without showing that the method has 1.5cm of error is how people conclude they gained an inch overnight. The band comes first; the point sits inside it.
Per site, over time
Waist, hips, arms, thighs and the rest each have their own series. You take the ones you care about at whatever interval suits you.
