Everything you log belongs to you. Account deletion is a real, honoured request that removes your account and its data, and it is available without emailing anyone.
Deletion is not deactivation
A deletion request removes your data rather than hiding it behind a disabled login. There is a request page you can use directly.
Private by default
Your log, your measurements and your photos are private unless you deliberately share them, and that is enforced at the data layer rather than by the interface.
