Routines
A routine is the session you intend to do: the exercises in order, how many sets, and what you are aiming for on each. Running one turns it into a live workout with everything pre-filled.
Open it in the appBuilt once, run repeatedly
Reorder exercises, change set counts, set rep ranges per exercise. The routine is the plan; each run of it is a separate workout you can compare against the last.
Targets, not commandments
The numbers a routine carries are what you are aiming for. Logging something different is normal and is what the app learns from — the routine does not need editing every time reality differs.
