The feed
A stream of workouts, meals and milestones from people you follow. It is a training log you can read, not a place to perform — there is no algorithmic ranking deciding what deserves your attention.
Open it in the appChronological, from people you chose
You see what the people you follow posted, in the order they posted it. Nothing is inserted, promoted or withheld.
Sessions are the unit
A post is usually a real session with its real numbers, so the feed doubles as a source of routines worth stealing.
Questions
- Do I have to post anything?
