Exercise history
Open an exercise and you get its whole history: every session, every set, your records, and the trend in the weight you are moving for it.
Sessions, not just a chart
The chart tells you the direction; the session list tells you what happened. Both are there, because a plateau usually turns out to have an explanation visible in the sets.
Notes stay attached
Anything you noted about an exercise — a cue, a setup, a pin position — is on the exercise, so it is there next time rather than in a notes app.
