Exercise library

The exercise catalogue covers more than 1,300 movements, each with a demonstration, the muscles it works, and the equipment it needs. It is what the browse grid, the muscle maps and the plan generator all read from.

Demonstrations, not just names

Each exercise carries an animated demonstration served from a dedicated media host, so "single-leg Romanian deadlift" is something you can check rather than guess at.

Tagged well enough to compute on

Primary and secondary muscles, equipment, and how the movement is measured are all recorded per exercise. That tagging is what makes the readiness map and the muscle maps mean anything — a catalogue where half the entries were filed as "Arms" cannot answer a question about your triceps.

Questions

Can I search by equipment?
Yes — by muscle, by equipment, or by name, and the browse grid puts the combinations you have been neglecting first.
What if two entries are the same exercise?
Duplicates are reconciled and merged rather than left to fragment your history across two names.
