Monthly report
A month is long enough for the scale to mean something. Where the weekly report looks at what you did, the monthly one looks at what changed — and states a verdict against the goal you set rather than against a generic idea of progress.
Outcome against intent
Weight movement, average intake, training volume and consistency, read together and interpreted against your stated goal. Losing 300g in a month is a success on one plan and a stall on another.
It will tell you the plan is wrong
If the month says the plan is not producing what it promised, that is what the report says. The alternative — congratulating you on adherence to something that is not working — is worse than useless.
