Add next

Most days you eat a version of what you ate last week. "Add next" turns that into a short row of chips at the top of the log — the foods most likely to be next, given the time, the day, and what is already down.

Lenses, not three separate lists

There used to be three rails stacked on one card, each printing a variation of the same protein gap. They are now one rail with lens chips: recent, usual for this meal, fills the protein gap, lighter option. Switching the lens re-ranks the same rail rather than adding another one.

Learned from your log, not a generic list

Ranking uses what actually co-occurs in your own history — the foods that tend to follow the ones already on today’s log — so the suggestions get sharper as the log gets longer.

Questions

Can I stop a food being suggested?
Yes. Swiping a suggestion away means "stop suggesting this", which is a different signal from simply not tapping it.
