Supersets

A superset is not two exercises logged next to each other. It is a round: you do A, you do B, and then you rest — once. The logger models it that way.

Rounds, not two parallel lists

Progress through a superset is counted in rounds, and the card moves you from A to B without a rest in between. The rest timer fires at the end of the round, where it belongs.

Group and ungroup as you go

Exercises can be paired inside a running workout, not only when building the routine — which is when you usually decide to superset something.

Questions

Can a superset have three exercises?
Yes. The round simply has three legs.
How does this affect my volume numbers?
Each exercise keeps its own sets and volume. The grouping changes the flow and the rest, not the accounting.
