Equipment and your gym
Which equipment you have decides which loads are possible and which exercises are worth suggesting. The app records both what your gym contains and what you personally used for a given exercise.
Loads that exist
Barbell increments, dumbbell jumps and machine stacks differ. Knowing your kit is what lets the weight scrubber offer real loads instead of a smooth number line that includes 23.7kg.
Equipment is history, not a preference file
What you used is recorded against the set. A month later, "I did this on the plate-loaded machine, not the cable" is answerable from the log rather than from memory.
Questions
- What if I train in two different gyms?
- Because equipment is recorded per set rather than as a single global preference, sessions in different places stay distinguishable.
