Suggestions that know your goal

A suggestion is only useful if it is aimed at something. These are: the rail proposes foods that close whatever the day is short of — usually protein, sometimes calories, sometimes the opposite.

One adaptive rail

When the day is short on protein the rail fills the protein gap. When the day is already over, the same rail turns into lighter picks. It does not become two rails arguing with each other.

Opt in, never pre-ticked

Nothing arrives pre-selected in your log. You choose what to take, and declining a suggestion this once is treated differently from telling the app to stop offering it.

Questions

Are these ads or sponsored foods?
No. Suggestions are drawn from the catalog and from your own history, ranked by how well they fit the gap.
